We’re able to quickly repair my Monte Carlo trans in a few days and worked with me on payments until I could come up with the money in full during the hard times of this Covid 19 and even went as far as showing me the damages to my trans in person helping me understand the damages to the trans. Multistate was incredible. I have a van I use for my business and when a problem occurred with my transmission there was only one place I was going. Previous visits with Multistate always come to my mind. Couple of times before I have thought that there was a problem with my transmission and when Buddy calls back and tells me transmission looks great and this is what he thinks is going on, I am so relieved. I know of others that would have put a new transmission in but Buddy leads me to the right people. Multistate just repaired my transmission and I am so happy with the experience. I waited a few months to write this review. It's tough when your hit with a big ticket repair, but I still feel like you get what you pay for. I was treated professionally and with care through the whole process. I was told IF I needed to use the 18 month warranty, then there would be no BS telling me that wasn't covered, or we didn't work on that part. No nit-picking. If it needs to be worked on again during the warranty, then it would be taken care of. Period. I like that. Clear. I get the feeling they fixed it right the first time and that we won't even have to go there. Super good place. They have the experience!!! Catrine and Buddy...Thank You!

I am completely happy with how friendly Katrina and Buddy were throughout the whole time my car was being worked on. It had other problems that it had to get sent to a Nissan Dealership and Buddy was very apologetic but very clear with why that had to be done.
