The mark of a good business is if they take care of you AFTER the sale or service rendered. Do they stand behind their warranty? Are they committed to taking care of you thru the whole process of the sale or service? Multistate did all three. They installed a transmission in a timely fashion, we had a warranty issue and they took care of it quickly and professionally. They stood behind their work. Very professional and friendly. Returned calls quickly. Hopefully, I will not need to use them again :) but if I have a problem I WILL NOT hesitate to take my car to them... Highly recommend them....
