I thought I had a transmission problem but after Multi State test drove and they said it was not the transmission and explained it. They recommended seeing a general mechanic who can diagnose the engine and specifically the area of air and fuel flow. My 5-star rate is based on the time they took on the test drive, the quality of the test driver and his honesty. Transmission computer read-outs is not an option on my transmission.

Multistate was recommended to us, So we tried them out. The office staff is very professional, Buddy was extremely informative and kelpt his promises! The repair was done right and in a timely manner. I believe the price was also fair. The chevy dealers would not look at our company van to diagnose it, for a minimum of two weeks, but Multistate gave us a Diagnoses same day, Awesome! Do yourself a Big favor, and give these guys a try! I did, and I am satisfied.

This shop is very organized. Kept me up to date at every step in what was happening with my truck. They are super prompt with the fixing of my transmission. Would recommend them to anyone having transmission issues.

These guys were great! I was comped $1,500 for a transmission repair by another mechanic. I took my car in to Multistate for a second opinion and they were able to fix the problem for $300. Very friendly/professional staff as well. I will definitely take my car back if any future issues crop up.
