This busy shop took great care and inviting me with a quote for repair when the transmission light went on. It required obtaining varies parts that are on back order from various supply chain vendors it was a lot of work. I decided to buy a new car instead. There was no charge.

MultiState is a great place when you need them. They've now done two jobs for me, one of which turned out not to be a transmission problem at all. They very easily could have made it one but they chose honesty over profit. That is about all the recommendation anyone should ever need.

Integrity is the best way to describe the service I received! My 1969 Ford F-100 was shifting at above normal highway speeds. 53 years and with over 200,000 miles just pointed to a rebuild and Buddy and his crew at the Haltom City location were recommended as the best. Buddy called to say my transmission was fine but the passing gear shift lever had lost a spring and, therefore, was causing the transmission to always be in the passing gear mode. Uh, really? We raised the hood and I saw exactly what Buddy was talking about. Some shade tree mechanic (ME) did not replace this little spring the last time the carburetor was worked on. I got home and thought about how I messed up the transmission but was happy when my magnet found the little spring on top of the intake manifold. The transmission now shifts perfectly. And all this cost me nothing. Not one cent. Thank you buddy for all your patience understanding.

Very knowledgeable and corrected an issue I had for several months

Buddy and his crew are very honest. I thought my 2016 escape needed transmission work. Buddy let me know it was not the issue and referred me to a mechanic shop close by. Thanks again for everything!
