Buddy was straightforward with what could go wrong with an automatic transmission since there are 500 pieces to it. They charged a flat fee for diagnostic work and Christi and Monica contact you when they know the results of the diagnosis and provide you with a price. The work was finished ahead of schedule and everything went smoothly. They gave me a 12 month warranty on the rebuilt transmission so that’s a plus. The price was very reasonable.
