Buddy and his staff are the very best!! Any transmission job can get expensive fast. I had done some looking for a shop to do some work on my transmission as I knew I had a serious problem and didn't want to make it worse by driving around. I called several shops and they gave me quotes over the phone. I called Buddy and when pressed he said that he would hook up the diagnostic computer and let me know a ballpark figure. The diagnostic computer gave 5 more items than the Autozone freeby. Buddy told me this is what the computer says and that is our starting point "I won't know exactly what we need to replace until I can see inside and I will replace what is wrong only." Very refreshing answer I know that Buddy was probably getting tired of my constant phone calls for updates, but he was always professional and in good cheer. Dealing with me he deserves 4 stars alone for that!!!! His techs got the transmission out and apart and they told me what was wrong and how it occurred. I needed my truck as I was starting a new job. I also had 4 O2 sensors that had been going on and off for several years. Buddy told me that with the transmission out it would take a couple of minutes per sensor and to go get the sensors and he would put them in for me for no additional cost. So I get to an auto parts store pick up the sensors and got them back to the shop. The biggest selling point for me was the unlimited mileage 1 year warranty. I drive sometimes close to 30 thousand miles in a year!!! That is one great bit of confidence in your work!!I would recommend this shop to anyone without hesitation!!!!Thanks Buddy, you gave my truck new life after 265,000 miles to begin with!!!!!
I can't thank the guys at Multistate for the work that was done on my Chrysler 300. They walked me through the process of what was going to take place with my car at every turn and they did just what they said.
