If you need a great place to go for your transmission, this is the place. Very knowledgeable people, especially Buddy, very honest and down to earth. He will treat you right. Got my 05 dodge van with 221,000 miles back on the road and it rides like the day I got it.

Very friendly and descriptive of my problem. They didn't give me the run around on any other unnecessary fixes and they didn't talk down to me (I get it from time to time due to being a girl and having "no concept of car stuff" she said with great sarcasm and an eye roll)

Little bit of a drive for me but well worth it. Buddy @ Multistate Transmission came highly recommended (from another quality shop from the other side of the metroplex) and I now know why. The trans needed a repair but didn't need everything replaced. They replaced what was needed and inspected everything else to make sure it was good but they guarantee all parts and I paid for only what was needed. I took it in on Monday about 10:30 to 11am and on wed about 1:00pm Buddy call that it was ready. This is my work truck and they did a great job getting it repaired quickly. This guy has a joy about him and he shows it in his customer service and how he deals with people. I would recommend Multistate to anyone needing transmission service no matter the drive, it is worth it knowing your dealing with honesty and 1st class experience and knowledge.
