Can't say enough they were professional, affordable, friendly, effective and excellent.I had just come from a dealership experience that was not the best. Buddy at multstate really listened and checked out what I told them about my truck. They kept me in the loop about what was happening and actually fixed what was wrong. So, many thanks to Buddy and the crew.

Took my truck to Multistate Transmission based off the good reviews online. All I can say is that Buddy is a straight forward honest guy. One you want to visit when your car is in need. He took my car for 1/2 day, ran his tests and then kicked me out of his shop with a $0 bill. He explained the problem with my truck was more engine performance and that he would be doing a dis-service to do anything to the transmission. He referred me to another good shop up the street and they got me fixed up. So that being said I will always take my vehicles to Buddy if needed in the future because of his good service.

My 2003 MB SLK32 would not come out of 2nd gear. I took it to the local dealership in Grapevine, and they told me my car needed a valve body and control unit. I was quoted $3365. I called Buddy at Multistate on the phone and he thought that sounded strange and guessed it was probably a conductor plate - which basically sends info about my speed to the computer so it knows when to shift - and if that was the case it would be under a grand. I brought the car in, his diagnosis was correct, and he had me back on the road for $965. The crazy thing was that had I allowed the dealership to attempt their three thousand dollar fix, it wouldn't have worked, and I would have spent several thousand dollars more. Thank you for your honesty and quality work Buddy!

Multistate did a great job on my Dodge truck and my almost antique Buick. I have every confidence in their work. I don’t expect to have to revisit any of the repairs they performed. I’d certainly use them again if the need arises.

When My moms Chevy Malibu's transmission died they fixed her car in 3 days. Buddy is really courteous and professional guy. his shop performed free diagnostic test (City garage charges $100) and told me step by step what the problem was and what needed to be fixed and why it was important to get it repair. He even told me how to get a $100 coupon from their website to save some money. Over all great service and I highly recommend this shop.
