Buddy and his team are awesome! My first experience with Multistate was after another transmission shop supposedly "repaired" my daughters transmission, it broke again after 2 months. I was referred to Multistate and they did not disappoint. Her car ran beautifully! So when my mechanic told me my truck needed a new transmission, a $3000 repair; I needed a second opinion. I took it straight to Buddy. As it turns out, all I needed were new spark plugs and a couple coils. I needed a some other work done not transmission related and Buddy was happy to get that done as well. I absolutely recommend Multistate for any car repairs as they will definitely be my first call next time my cars need work!

Buddy and his team--Phil, Saul, Erik, and Augustine--are the best. I cannot commend their honesty and integrity enough. I brought in our Honda Odyssey and it turned out that after 18 months and 21,000 miles, the torque converter was shot. The car was beyond warranty, and Buddy was completely in his rights therefore to charge me for the whole job. But he said he had never seen this converter fail this quickly before, and that he wanted to stand behind his work. As a result, he is doing the entire repair for free. Again, he didn't have to do this, and was forgoing a $3000+ payment just to be nice to me, but he just felt it was the right thing to do, and the owner backed him up. In a week when someone tried to file a fraudulent insurance claim against us, Buddy restored my faith that people can be not just honest, but kind, generous, and charitable. Thank you, guys. I will be telling EVERYONE I know about this.

Don't hesitate for a second. Don't shop around. This is the place you want to take your vehicle. I'm from Corpus and was coming to Texas Motor Speedway for the NASCAR race with six people in my truck and pulling an 18k 5th wheel. Pulling into the speedway I noticed a trail of transmission fluid. It was late afternoon on Thursday. I called a wrecker and had it taken to Multistate. Now stuck at the speedway and knowing they were closed on Saturday, I was certain we would be stuck there until the next week. I didn't get a call until almost noon on Friday by which time I was sure we were stuck. Boy was I wrong. Buddy called all around town and found an exchange unit, got it installed same day and I was back at the speedway on Friday. Way above and beyond. Shockingly good customer service. I couldn't be happier.
